Dual whatsapp

I have just gotten my phone this week. Two sim cards, 2 separate operators.

I have dual whatsapp.

I managed to move folders in my files yesterday and I was able to receive pics and download them to view it.

As of this morning this now also doesn't work at all either.

Can anyone help me to get all the steps correct so I can use my whatsapp dual as the way it suppose to be working.

Create manual backup with restore folder permissions: Rename the original "Internal Storage (Dual Messenger) /Android/media/com.whatsapp" to "com.whatsapp_bac" and create new folder by the name "com.whatsapp".  Copy folder "/Internal Storage (Dual Messenger)/Android/media/com.whatsapp_bac/WhatsApp" to "Internal Storage (Dual Messenger) /Android/media/com.whatsapp".
