Not being able to touch?
Do you mean that the screen is not responding properly
If so do you have a screen protector on the phone?
Does the case have any magnets in it?
Have you tried going into the support section on the Members App and tried the screen test. If so what does it say?
Have you tried going into settings
Then display
Then scroll down and selecting touch sensitivity to on.
