Data connection problem s10e

I have an S10e. For the last 24 hours I have not been able to connect to data. There is good signal in my area. I have tried different places. I have tried a forced reboot. 
It works perfectly well with WiFi and GSM. 
The data symbol at the top of rhe screen is just flashing on and off very quickly. It's trying to connect. The battery is going very quickly because its working all the time to connect. 
Any one have any ideas?????

@babbleno8 hello, try to reset the access points.
To do this, go to Settings / Connections / Mobile networks / Access point names and in the three points at the top right, apply Reset values.
If the problem persists, contact your telephone provider.
