Customisation Service

I do not need or want this app, it has been constantly downloading for days. How do I Stop it?

Settings>security and privacy >customisation service.

@Entropyst: Customisation Service is an embedded app, and provides an enhanced user experience, including customized content and recommendations, based on the information obtained about you and your use of Samsung devices, apps and services. I'm not too sure why an update for this might be hanging, though. How did you initiate the update i.e. via the Play Store or Galaxy Store? Are you currently connected to a stable Wi-Fi router? 

In the meantime, are you able to head to Settings > Apps > Customisation Service > Force Stop > Disable?

Hi Louise, I simply hit the install button and once completed press stop downloading

Customisation service just came up on my S21 & it did something - it's blooming annoying all the bleeps/blurps !!
