Couldn't connect Bluetooth

Hello, 

I am using a Samsung s9, Android Version 10 and when trying to pair my s9 to two different Dell laptops I get the message 'Couldn't connect'

I can confirm that both my Dell laptops have Bluetooth enabled. I am also able to send files, from my Dell laptops to my s9, but not vice versa.

I have rebooted my phone, forgotten the connection from my Dell laptops, as it sees my s9 connected to no avail. 

Any ideas to what may be the problem here?

Just to add, I also unpaired the devices from my phone and tried reconnecting to no avail
