Constantly losing mobile network

I've had my s21ultra since launch with no problems, over the past month though I've differently been getting terrible mobile phone signal. This seems to go from full bars down to 1 to a dreaded 'no service' circle icon with a line through it. Infact, the very act of trying to make a phone call or send a text sometimes kills the signal itself. Or even, it sometime tries to send me a text or can kill my signal. I've tried my sim in other phones, and tried other Sims in my phone, everything points to the phone. Tried network reset, tried loads of mobile network seeing changes, someone's switching airplane mode on and off helps for a while. It can go for a few days being really stable, then have a fit of the network going off, on, off, on, off, on etc. All that also burns down my battery pretty quickly.

My phone has the same issues you mentioned. I cannot claim anything under warranty as I fell from a decent height and my back glass got a crack.

The phone was still working fine for months until the 12.0 update.

This is crazy that they wont acknowledge the problem. This will be the last Samsung I purchase unfortunately. Have had Galaxy phones since the s2.

Hi i was getting similar issues , changed simcard reset phone , changed from vpdafone tp o2 to 3three same issues , but playing about with thr phone i disabled volte calling in connections and also uninstalled carrier services , noe for the past 3hrs i havent lost mobile data and actually speed test os runnong faster than before , not sure if it will last bit so far so good

I have the same issue , one day my mobile started to be "not charging" , In repair shop they replaced there charging base , and after then suffering started as all the time i have no signal. even the ussd code ( to check balance for example ) started to be not working, the issue mainly was In SIM 1 antenna ,  I don't know and didn't test if SIM2 has the same antenna or different one. 

I have the problem now since 9 months , recently I bought a new board from piece-mobile website (us) , I will replace it , hopefully problem will be solved.

In my opinion , the repair shop install ( may be ) incompatible board , as too many versions of S21ultra 5G is there. 

let's  hope the best or divorce SAMSUNG

I am having the same problem. I thought maybe it is T-Mobile's fault. I thought maybe change the carrier and move to ATT.
