Help!!!
This is an ongoing issue for me and others....I've also heard this is affecting Huawei phones too...I have an S9
The issue: during a call (inbound or outbound) the keypad does not recognise/accept me pressing the numbers...
EG the automated voice at a call centre says "press 1 to select this option" - I press 1 and nothing happens - i actually get a "bleep" tone when i hit 1 but it doesn't register and the automated voice just repeats its message until i get fed up of pressing 1 multiple times....

That's strange, @madfrank7. Have you seen the guide below (from Samsung US) and checked whether the suggested steps enable you to resolve this?:

Please let me know how you get on.

Did you try the * in front of the number? For 1 use *1 I also tried everything but this worked!

What worked for me is to turn off 4G calling
Settings> network and internet> sim choose your sim and switch off VoLTE

I had this problem and tried all the solutions, including reverting to factory settings. Pressing 1 or 2 to get through to the right department at my doctor's did not work and the automated message kept repeating. Eventually, I found the problem was solved by turning off my wifi when dialling from home. It seemed my internet provider was causing this problem. I still don't know why...

Been having the same issue on my S21 FE, need to make an urgent call and totally unable. Have an old phone, Galaxy A51, and the exact same issue with it.
