Can't send texts to competitions

Ii have contacted Sky who is my network provider but the issue remains. No idea why it's doing this. Any advice would be great.

It could be that the texts are going to a premium rate number and some network providers don't allow them unless it's down in your contract you may have with them.

Try settings, apps, the 3 dot menu, special access, tap “Use Premium Text Message Services.”
