Add the ability to disable read receipts for new numbers

I believe that it would be a good idea to add the option to disable read receipts only for new numbers which havn't been saved to contacts yet with RCS/Chat messages. 

This would help with scam/phishing texts, as scammers have started using RCS/chat instead of SMS to send scams, so they can see if you've read their message, allowing them to know if you activley check your texts.

Have to contact Google for that one, as RCS Chat is a Google made app

as glenntech said above, you'd be better contacting google as RCS is made by them, samsung only integrated this into their messaging apps in the last few years. i personally find this is a brilliant idea to be honest, but its all down to google on this one.

I turned RCS chats off.

I found them unreliable, messages wouldn't send or arrive frequently.

If I want to send an SMS, I do just that. If I want to send a web based chat? WhatsApp lol
