Can you try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and then back On.
If that does not work then go into Settings, Apps, Bluetooth, Storage and clear the cache and if absolutely necessary Clear Data.

My bluetooth stopped working and my clear cache is very light which mean i cant clear it also my bluetooth turns itself on and off
