Got my new s21plus today. I have just upgraded from an s10 plus but I'm finding the forward facing camera to be of very bad quality compared to my s10. I get that it's a 3rd party app but Snapchat is very poor and grainey images where as my s10 was a lot more sharp. Any ideas for improving this or am I just going to have to make do

s10 takes great pictures, the s21 has a lot to catch up.

genuinely contemplating returning it and keeping my s10+ can't fault its camera at all

Never used my front facing much on the S10+ but overall my s21 ultra looks better.

to be fair the front camera on s10 plus was awesome, I now have an S20 and it seems on par maybe bit worse in low light, can't vouch for s21 but snap chat produces the most God awful pictures especially on samsung I use the camera app as much as I can

I totally agree on the Snapchat comment although I didn't think it could actually get worse 😂 I use the actual camera app for normal pictures

check ur camera settings to be on highest resolution, first time u open it they are set on the middle resolution not the lowest not the highest

🤣 oh snap chat is awful on all phones but it hates s20s take a picture from front cam with cam app and its perfect, use snap chat it looks like it was taken on a Nokia 6210
