@de1121: Are blue boxes appearing around apps and buttons when you select them? If so then you may have accidentally enabled Voice Assistant, in which case please head to Settings > Accessibility > Screen Reader > Voice Assistant > Off. To navigate the Settings, tap once to highlight with a blue box, then double tap to select. If the above isn't applicable then please provide further details of your issue.
