Apps that work in Maximum Power Saving Mode?

I want to know what apps can I get that will work in Maximum Power Saving Mode on the phone? Is there a list somewhere?

afaik any app can work in any power saving mode. the modes control network, display, and cpu, but not whether certain apps run or not. you can specify that certain apps won't run in the background, but that doesn't depend on the power saving mode.
