Is anyone having an issue with their lock screen popping up whenever there is an incoming call?? I've never had this issue....the caller ID would always pop up. Now I can't see anything regarding the call until I put my PIN in to unlock.

Whatever lockscreen option I choose is what I have to do get a phone call. I have no idea a call is coming in because all that pops up is the keypad

As a workaround you can open the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Answering and Ending Calls > Press Volume Up to Answer Calls. Not ideal I know, but will bypass the need to unlock the phone first.

I don't even know why this started happening...maybe a glitch in a recent update. I've always had the caller ID screen pop up as soon as a call came thru.
I will try your suggestion

Does this work for you? I’m finding that this opens the screen with red & green buttons but they don’t work & so I still can’t answer the call?

Did it work for you? It doesn’t seem to answer the call for me?

So I'm not the only one?
There are many things I like better about Android compared with my old iPhone.
But the "features" with which I have the most trouble is answering a phone call and ending (hanging up) the call.
I use the power button to deactivate the screen so I can put the phone in my pocket while I walk and talk to my caller (or callee). So I don't want to use the power button to end the call.
