Annoying grey notification bubble

My phone shows these bubbles of info all the time. They stay there forever. Can I get rid of them?

Thank you very much, it is the exact place to go to set the grey notification bar to Default, then it goes away after a very brief time. Thanks again.

Thank you so much!! Those grey bubbles stayed on my phones screen  for agesss, so annoying! Very happy to finally have it go back to normal

On the Samsung S22 Ultra this feature is located in Settings, Accessibility.
