all my photos disappeared from gallery s21 ultra

Hi,

All my photos and videos disappeared from S21 ultra gallery. Rest of the photos, whatsapp or instagram folder are there. I certainly did not delete these photos. They are not backed up in the cloud or not in trash.

I see some other posts regarding that but I dont see any solution from Samsung Tech. Can someone please help me ?

The same thing has happened to me TWICE! They're not in the recycle bin.

If I restore and its from 4 months ago, will I loose all the stuff from then and now? When I look at restore it shows contacts, internet etc but does not list gallery. Did something happen? how can I find all the 2-3K photos that are missing?
