The Samsung website says it's here, but the software update screen tells me I'm up to date 😕

Exactly the same situation for me. No matter what I've tried it won't update.
Check Update feature on phone says I'm up to date.
Smart Switch PC connection says I'm up to date.
Clear Cache Partition then check says I'm up to date.
A few other tricks all say I'm up to date.
Although I haven't done so, I've read others have tried factory resetting their phones still says it's up to date.
Verizon says it's a Samsung issue. (Verizon Chat, Verizon Phone Support, and Local Verizon Store)

I simply don't know what to do any more. My last security patch was November 2024 - 8 months ago. So a phone that was launched in January of 2024 stopped getting updates 11 months later. Argh.
