Dose Samsung forgot to release one ui 7 update for s21 series? Is this you software support I think time has came when i should move to apple there is no use of so called 100x 😑

One UI7 is already out for S21 series.

So I'm going to assume you're device isn't being in the region it was designed for?

There's your problem

So you'll either need to try Smartswitch to see if you can get the update via a laptop or PC OR you'll need to get a pay as you go sim card for the country the device was designed for and pop that into your device then use WiFi to get the updates.

Presuming you haven't had updates for some time?

I second comment above- Region is the issue as mentioned above. Samsung devices are region locked.

Realistically not much you can do. As mentioned by the member star you *may* be able to update via laptop/pc and SIM- But cant guarantee

If you had the S21 recently. Then i would recommend returning it back. Since it isn't designed to be in your region. This can happen if you buy phones on Amazon or Ebay, or anyother third party sellers. As can always expect to have issues with software updates.
