When I get a call on WhatsApp it will not wake my phone, all I see is a black screen until I open it myself, it wasn't always this way just recently, anyone know why and how I can fix this?
Found a solution. Got to settings ->Apps->press the 3 dots at the top right of the screen-> special access-> scroll down to full screen alerts and turn on the WhatsApp toggle in there. Should sort it out. Hope this works for you👍
