I own a Samsung S25 Ultra.
My phone doesn't push WhatsApp notifications when the battery is under 40%, even if power-saving mode is off. I can see the pop-up notification, but with no sound. I have checked videos on YouTube checked posts in Samsung forum nothing seems to be helpful yet.
Even my samsung watch is doing the same.
Only charging my phone works 🥲
