I didn't buy anything from here.

I had the same issue, after doing some research I found out: in my case, this is the yearly subscription to the ArtStore for my TheFrame TV set. Check if you do not have a running subscription with Samsung. This must be it. If you want to unsubscribe you must go to www.samsungcheckout.com.
