Unable to send emails from Hotmail

Hi, I have an old hotmail account, but since Thursday it will not send emails- help!!! Tried everything g I can think of...

No other device available to use

Try on the web at Hotmail.com on your phone. If that works, you could try removing the account and trying to add it again, as it may be an authentication issue.

Tried going around in circles... removed email and set up again, still not sending

What happens when you press send, does it go to Outbox/Sent? Or is it just that it's not being received on the other end? Could try sending to another email address.

Going to outbox and saying can't send as outbox full - deleted everything

Delete the messages in your 'deleted' messages/ 'bin'. They are still taking up storage. Also check any files you have at onedrive.com.
