Hello,
I have been using the samsung email app for years. But all of a sudden i cannot add a new email account.
When i try to add an exchange account the app stops when i try to type in a domain\username.
I already tried to:
The funny thing is, it happens on multiple phones. i tried it on different models:
Anybody having the same problem?
Is there something i am missing? Any help is appreciated.

Happening on my Samsung fold 4. Ridiculous that it has to be this hard, especially if you dont have technical experience. Not worth using samsung.

It has to do with the way in which the Samsung Email app "talks" to the "Other" servers - the so-called SSL handshake. Something changed in their requirements. It would be useful to server admins if they would publish that.

It has to do with the SSL handshake the Email app makes with "Other" servers. They changed something - but it would be useful to know what it requires from mail servers.
