Since the virgin media outage last month, I have been unable to access emails on my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and updated my password and still no luck. Any ideas??

I would recommend contacting VM. It seems to be a problem on their side.

Be best to contact Virgin about this issue. I'm with Virgin Media and the problems they had, have been rectified. Also check if you can update your Samsung email app as it was updated at the weekend and fix the bug which was stopping people from signing in and making any changes to they account. That's been fixed as well. I updated the app on Sunday from the Google play store

Vm say this is an app based issue nothing to.do with them, I've spent nearly all day trying to rectify this issue with no resolve
