twitter camera roll not showing videos

hi. i just got the new s21 ultra and i was trying to send my friend a video on twitter, but the camera roll was only showing me the photos, not the videos as well. can someone help me please?

can you find the video file in Samsung My Files? or, if you have Google Photos installed, you can find it there.

i can't find the vids in "my files". it only shows me the photos.

maybe your app doesn't send videos? what app are you trying to send on?

twitter. i had no problem on my s10+ but on the new phone, it doesn't work anymore for whatever reason.

when you open 'my files' does your screen look similar to the attached screenshot (i have note9)?

yes. if i go directly to gallery or my files i can see all of the videos, but if i go to twitter and try to send a video, i can't find them anywhere. i have to go in gallery, press on the vid and then share the vid through twitter
