This is a great thread, however Samsung Mobile's team need to establish a suitable avenue, such as this thread, for consumers to provide new ideas for Mobile products.

We as the devoted Samsung Mobile consumers cannot keep being pushed from pillar to post by at one end being told to submit feedback on our devices then at another end being told to submit feedback on these forums.

let us put the search bar in the app drawer back at the top please!! Every search bar is always at the top, why change this without giving the user choice. This kinda thing is what already had me considering Honor or OnePlus for my next phone.

Ive got 2 hands, most users have 2 hands!  Move app screen tool bar back ti the top or at the very least allow this to be customizable.

At the top of the first image, you can see while scrolling down, that the WiFi tile, and Bluetooth tile, are cut off, in a rather unseemly way. 

Perhaps a more aesthetic approach would be to use a fade out effect, similar to the one when pulling up and down the Quick Panel (second image).
