I have a Galaxy S10+. When I am on a phone call and I receive a text message, I don't hear the text message notification sound. I have all the corresponding options enabled in order to be able to hear the text notification sound during a phone call. This is very annoying because this option is very important in order to not loose any text message that I receive during a phone call.
I was told by a Samsung agent that this option was permanently removed from Galaxy S10+ devices because many customers complaint about it (they say it is annoying). Is it true that Samsung did this? I don't know if this is true because how can Samsung eliminate an option that you can turn on and off by yourself.
How can I get this option to work on my phone? Please, I need help.
I will appreciate any help.

Loo in this thread and a Google search may yield further help.

I assume you've opened up your phone app and pressed the 3 little dots in the top right hand corner and chosen settings. Then Call Alerts and Ringtones and toggled On Notify During Calls.
I wish you all the best with this.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
