Muted Messages?

Hi guys, can anybody please tell me how I can "unmute" my notifications for messages? The notifications are on and the messages appear in the notification bar however my phone does not alert me when I receive a text message.. 

Any help pleeaasseeee

Hi, is your sound off by any chance. You won't hear the notification if your phone is on silent. Hope you get it working

If you click in your configure in messages. Does it show you have both sound and vibration turned on

Go to sound settings in main menu then notifications and you can turn on or knock off any individual apps and messages that are installed on your phone

Hi, it was on vibrate, but even on there it doesn't vibrate when I get a message 😭

There must be something in your phone that is switch off or is on silent mode. Hope this helps you. 🙏
