My phone is showing the system storage is 99% full. I have done absolutely everything: clearing  cache  partition, clearing app cache, removing files, storing pictures in the cloud, removing nearly all my apps. I don't know what else to do.

Are you able to download a third party storage app to see if there's a particular app causing this?

Hmm...I embarrass myself here. I'm an older person who knows nothing about technology so am not really sure what you mean. Other than the preloaded apps, I have removed so many that I only have about 5 of my own. Their storage is showing as minimal. I'm so fed up, I'm thinking about doing something ridiculous like getting s new phone.

The system storage seems to be very high. What model is your phone?

In your post image, press the I in the circle where it says apps, then allow files. This will separate your apps from your system. Then you can see what space your apps are actually taking.

107GB! I don't understand. I had the same apps on my phone for ages and have now got rid of nearly all of them. What do I need to do now? ( I've  got quite a few preloaded apps I don't use on there).

Oh, actually samsung Internet is showing as 98.5 GB data. Why? What will happen if O just remove this data?

I know it maybe a pain, but if it was me. I would back up all my important data on phone, then factory reset. Start up from new again. Maybe something has got corrupted.

It will just erase all data for the Internet app. I would rather delete data for one app first, then do the factory reset that I suggested on my last reply. See what happens when you clear data for the app.
