Sound assistant app

Hi all , anyone that's using Sound assistant, when using Bluetooth do you have the app volume ( Spotify ) on full and Bluetooth volume on full and control volume level via the external speaker OR do you slightly lower app volume ( Spotify ) at say 90% , Bluetooth at 90% ??? Can running the app volume and Bluetooth at full volume cause slight distortion/ clipping ??? Thanks

Sorry I don't use Spotify but when listening to music b4 bed blue tooth ear phones s a app I get music drops low to normal level I have it set at
