Hello, so I use an S24 Ultra, and since the camera is too powerful and I only have 256BG storage, i bought the 1TB cloud storage from Microsoft (because it s linked with samsung gallery) and i wanted to download a video back on my phone, i did for a couple of videos, and it worked fine. I don't know why, but this video, is not supported for some reason? I can't edit the video because the resolution is "too low" 3840×1644, it's 4K, 21:9, recorded in Pro Mode, like every other video i have redownloaded from cloud? what's wrong?
