Some of my apps dont work

I was in and out of apps as I usually do, logged into my PayPal by mistake so closed it and pressed my Halifax but every time I pressed it nothing happened. Went on a few different apps and also did the same. I managed to get on my Halifax by uninstaling and adding again but it's done it again. Please help is my phone compromised because is seems to be apps with extra security or am I being paranoid 

EDIT...... if you go to Google play and uninstall webview it should sort itself out. Worked for me 🙂

turned off, removed the battery, reinstalled apps, the ONLY thing it points to is the UPDATE.

mine has been the same since yesterday. ihave done google chrome and the android system webview updates still the same. can anyone help😒

uninstalling the webview fixed my app problem but I lost all my photos music contacts and all my downloaded files, wounded to say the least, all I've got bk is some of the photos in restore but not all of them

samsung s6 lite - same issue since update. Apps close almost immediately after opening and things don't open from the notifications menu.
