I recently bought a smartthing washer and installed the app on my android phone. I created a Samsung account with me Gmail address (not via Google account link). So far so good.
I now tried to install the app on my son's and my wife's android phones and obviously would like to link it to the same account to which the washer is now connected to.
However, the app takes the only android account that exist on the respective phones and allows only to use these accounts for logging in. Of course my son and my wife have their own gmail account.
How can I convince the app to accept a different gmail address to login than the one that is used on the device?
