I have a Samsung account with my AC connected. It worked for many months. Recently, however, the app logged out and I can't login.

When in the app I click to login, it goes to the browser in Samsung account, I login there, the browser sends me back to the app, but the app is still logged out and no devices are present. If I click on login again, the same happens, and I can't break this loop.

My account was previously connected to Google, but I've switched to another email to try and solve this,.l to no avail.

What I've tried:

- clear data and cache

- uninstall and reinstall

Thanks for any assistance.

Hi @Caomorto Is there a Smart  Control button on the AC Device  which needs to be  pressed as part of the connection process. However if this has been done or is not applicable a few suggestions.

Firstly can you Reboot both Devices, you could also try a soft Reset on your Mobile by holding power Button and Volume Down simultaneously for around 10 seconds until the Device Reboots and try connecting again.

you could Resat the Network Connections via General Management-Reset-Reset Wifi and Bluetooth Settings.  Another suggestion is Rebooting your Router.

if no joy there clearing the cache partition may help as some temporary cache files can become  outmoded/corrupt.  These temporary cache files are deleted but your Data is intact.

Follow these steps :

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer , other Device or TV via USB-C. Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.
