Every time I mirror my phone to my tv it disconnects numerous times. This seems to be a problem since the latest update. I have a Note 20. Anyone else having this issue? Thanks.

happy to help you with this. Can you tell us what TV are you using? Are the TV software and all the phone's apps up to date?

Hi Tess, the tv is Hisense and I've never had an issue connecting Smart View until the latest update a short while ago. Everything is up-to-date and there's no issue connecting to the tv but it breaks 3-4 times during the length of a movie or picture slide. I've tried different TVs and the same happens. Smart Things doesn't connect at all either so I was wondering if it's an issue with the last update? I've had Samsung Note since the Note 2 model and never had an issue until now. Thanks.

What app are you using to play the movies or pictures? Is this affecting all the apps and do you get any error code on the phone when that happens? ^TM
