Hi Tess, the tv is Hisense and I've never had an issue connecting Smart View until the latest update a short while ago. Everything is up-to-date and there's no issue connecting to the tv but it breaks 3-4 times during the length of a movie or picture slide. I've tried different TVs and the same happens. Smart Things doesn't connect at all either so I was wondering if it's an issue with the last update? I've had Samsung Note since the Note 2 model and never had an issue until now. Thanks.
