Smart Switch not working

Recently bought an S24U, but I am unable to transfer anything from my old S10+ to the new phone via Cable or WIFI. 

The backup on pc seems to be broken because it just stops. It's frustrating because I have a new phone and cannot use it without the previous data

How are transferring your data from the S10+ to the S24ultra, are you using the cable to cable method from phone to phone or though a p.c using smartwatch that way
