Hey @Piper123. After you've chosen a paid item from the Galaxy Store, you should be given the option to Use discounts (this is listed underneath the payment options). In this particular scenario, you should be able to do this and complete the transaction without needing to enter any payment information.
I have tested this and you can absolutely bypass any request to add your payment information.

If you click the Gift card option, I believe this will revert to that and remove the need to input any payment details.
Just in case that option doesn't kick in immediately (not expected, but just covering the possibility), I recommend choosing one of the other payment options that are showing there and then opting for Gift card.

Hi, @TRY2HELP. As I understand it, the £5 Galaxy Store credit you received needed to be used on or as part payment in a single transaction. Each promotion has individual terms applied.
As your item cost £2, the other £3 would have been forfeited in this particular instance and this would explain why you were seeing £0 balance and were prompted to add payment details for a subsequent order.
