@prasang46, As I said we need full screenshot from Software information section to determine whether you have latest firmware or not.

@prasang46, Someone tinkered with your software. Phone came with INU (India) firmware but someone installed THL (Thailand) firmware. You could try to install new update using Smart Switch for Widnows. If it not detect new Android update then you should go to service centre. They will install correct firmware and resolve problem with automatic updates.
