I have abrand new S25 Ultra purchased direct from Samsung and updated to the latest version of everything. I recently joined Santander and installed their banking app from the Play Store but soon realised that I'm not getting push notifications for credits, debits, anything! Yes was slected to do I want notifications at time of install, and notifications are switched on within the app, but the app isn't showing within the S25 app motofocation list. It's as if it isn't istalled on the phone. I've already tried updating sodtawre/the app, checking flight mode, do not disturb, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times along with restarting between every action I take.
Is anyone else experiencing this and did you find a cure. The alternative is I will change banks as I simply cannot have an banking app that doesn't keep me aware of movement in real time. Many thanks in advance.
