Hi pls I'm also having similar issue...My Samsung S21 has not received the android 13 update...anytime I check it do say my phone is up to date

Hi, I have the same issue, my S21 SM-G998B/DS is stuck to android 13.

It tells me I need to update but when I click on "update", it tells me the phone is updated but still on android 13.

I've tried with smart switch but it didn't work.
Any ideas on how to sort out that problem?

@Members_6Wh84d7, You need to go to the nearest service centre. They will manually install latest firmware and fix automatic updates problem at one visit.

I'll seek for  the nearest Samsung service centre. Will they do that even for a refurbished phone? Will it be free of charge ?

@Members_6Wh84d7, Yes they should do that for a refurbished phone. If your phone is under warranty they should do it for free.

I went to a Samsung store, they said the phone is to be used in the UK (I'm in france) and that they didn't have the software nor the knowledge to fix the issue, they proposed me to go to another store quite far where maybe they could do it.

I'll send the phone back to the sender.
