Samsung phone locked

I bought a brand new samsung A55 5g phone from ebay last Friday, got delivered Saturday, I eventually got it set up...I'm not good with technology....I had to put a 12 letter/number security code in, on Sunday I went to put the password in....it told me it was wrong, and now my phones locked, it was a sim free ,unlocked phone, where in Glasgow is the best/trusted place to get it unlocked

If you turned on Find My Device during setup, you may be able to wipe it yourself and start again from a computer or other device without needing to pay a shop to do it.
Go to

Log in with your Google email address and password, locate your device and click erase.

Try Network provider or seller. Can't understand how ebay was able to sell u a phone that had a message saying wrong number. It should of given. You 3 chances.to get it wright. Good luck
