Hi @moon55 if still issues you may wish the try the app in safe Mode , (though often helps clearing cache and Data)
Soon, a prompt window will appear to confirm if you want to put your device into the Safe Mode. Hit on Ok to proceed.
Sometimes though it is may be necessary to delete and reinstall the app.
