Samsung wallet not working

hi there

I've set up Samsung wallet app already 

 I'm trying to open Samsung wallet, while it automatically skips to Samsung browser and make me wait for app launched as 2nd capture shown below

the chinese in 1st capture means that Samsung wallet is checking feasibility 

how could I open it??

Where are you based. Where did you get the phone from

based in China mainland, but I got it in Hong Kong

It will only work in HNK where bought
