My A50 was recently upgraded to a505fnxxu7cue3

 

Now I have mobile data problems.   I need to switch off and on mobile data to regain access

 

Any suggestions?

Maybe take the sim out and then put it back in again

Or it could be your providers end of things. If you can try a different something card see if that works.
Also how did you install the update via third party or automatically

It was installed automatically 

I doubt it's the provider as the problem started only after the last update

I tried this, and no positive outcome 

As soon as I disconnect WiFi I loose mobile data,  I need to turn mobile data off and on

Yes

But I shouldn't need to turn mobile data off and on, it should be automatic 

 

Any idea of how to report this to Samsung?

Sorry, I misread your post. Have you cleared system cache after the upgrade?
