After update my mobile screen stopped working and many problems appeared.And I went to the third party service center and they are telling me to change the screen, who will pay for it, I want an answer.What is the problem of Samsung, sending an update has damaged the mobile and only says sorry and its Samsung community does nothing to say sorry for the problem it has caused, it tells the solution to the problem and solves it.

I have the same problem, brand new S21 5g Ultra out of the box and activated today. Updates to UI 6.1 and touchscreen does not work at all.

I did a hard reboot and restarted and screen now works
