Family Hub App Crashes on iOS

I am unable to successfully open the Samsung Family Hub app on any iPhone. Tried two different ones and the behavior is the same.

As soon as I open the app it gets to the “Gathering family information…” part, flashes a graphic of a calendar then just closes. It seems to stay running in the app switcher, but if I go to it, it just does the same thing.

I have not had the use the app in quite some time since I have an old family hub fridge that is basically “obsolete” now, but there are still some remote functions I use from time to time. Calendar, photos, look inside, etc.

I have already reset the app in both iphones, uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled. I have reset the family hub fridge to factory default.

So far nothing is working.

Use the support section of this app and press the submit feedback button. It allows you to send logs and info to samsung to fix the issue.

Since you have an iPhone and none of us here develop that app, I don't think anyone here is going to be able to help very much

Unfortunately, this does not seem to be an option any longer. Clicking the app support button in the App Store for the Family Hub app simply returns a page stating “Oops, this help center no longer exists!

The company you're looking for is no longer using our help center. We suggest reaching out to them directly via their official website.”

The page is from Zendesk.

Thanks for the suggestion. I can connect to the family hub fridge via the smart things app, yes. However, that only gives me the operation of the fridge’s manager  like temp, ice maker  and door status, etc.

for any of the Family Hub contents it redirects to the app store to download the family hub app. Which is what is failing when attempting to open as described in my original post.
