Sure it is still the case Samsung Pass can only accept imported files with .spass extension. see this thread https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/mobile-apps-services/samsung-pass-wont-import-passwords-
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Was reading the post and looking at Dashlanes advice, seems a .csv export is possible.

Possibly it supports csv export from Google Password Manager, but not from some other apps (did not work with Proton Pass csv export).

The solution is to export the data from any password manager that can be imported into Google Password Manager. After importing to Google Password Manager, export it again (yes, I know it sounds redundant, but this is a simple way to convert the format to something compatible with Samsung Pass) into a CSV file. You can then easily import this CSV from Google Password Manager into Samsung Pass.
I use Bitwarden, which is the best free solution that works with both the Google Chrome extension and Samsung devices. When using your Samsung device, you can take advantage of split-screen mode: on the upper half, you have your login website, and on the lower half, you have the Bitwarden app (the best way to open it is via Samsung Edge apps navigation). With Bitwarden locked by fingerprint, you can easily copy and paste your login and password. This method is more complicated but also more secure. Some website logins are less sensitive, so they can be exported to Samsung Pass for easy access, but I don't recommend exporting all your passwords.
- It's difficult to manage both a desktop password manager and Samsung Pass in parallel.
- Samsung Pass is secure enough, but you must always ensure the security of your Samsung account. If you ever switch from Samsung to another device, there's always a risk that Samsung Pass could be compromised, exposing all your passwords.
- Using alternative password managers like Bitwarden or Dashlane gives you more secure options, such as storing your master password securely or protecting your bank account so that it can only be accessed with a master password, not a fingerprint. You can even split your master password into pieces using services like Banana Split, making you feel like a Horcrux keeper. 😉

ALL FULL CREDITS TO Brenneran!!
Search this on browser: Google Password Manager / Login / Settings Icon right top / Import .csv file / (You will see your passwords) / Export that google passwords.csv / Upload it to Google drive / Samsung pass / settings / import from Google Drive
Error* I have Keeper, exported the keeper CSV file ad that software has a messy way to save the CSV file, so Google Password Manager couldn't import it (google pass only accept this from Excel CSV --> | url | username | password |). Really simple solution:
1. Open ChatGPT if you know nothing about excel and don't want to be an eternity modifying the rows and columns.
2. Paste the error pop-up image and the CSV file together before enter so CHATGPT knows what to do!!google can't import csv
3. Don't say anything to ChatGPT just hit enter and yes to all his suggestions and at the end it will give you the download link for the corrected CSV ChatGPT download link 4. Upload the corrected csv to Google Password Manager / import / export and upload to Google Drive
