Hello!
I have been trying to retrieve my notes on Samsung Cloud, but when try to get them through account settings on my phone it says: "there is no backup". But the notes (199 of them) exist on Samsung Cloud. I attached the picture showing that they exist. How can I retrieve/download them to my Samsung phone, or PC, or email or anywhere?

@BlueInundation: Please try opening the Samsung Notes app > Tap the 3 lines in the top left > Tap the cog in the top right of the pop-up window > Sync with Samsung Cloud.
Alternatively, select 'Import notes' > S notes > Samsung account.

I had tried syncing before, and when I tried importing it says no S Notes data on Samsung Account.
And I only have only 60 notes on device on my app so 199 pieces of notes must be different.
Actually these are really old notes I thought were lost, but if they don't exist why does it show on my account as 199 notes or categories?

I can't see it on this page but it says at my email that Easty (Big Cheese) posted: "There is a setting for old notes."
How do I toggle/activate this setting? The notes are indeed old (five years if memory serves), so this might be the culprit. I will feel very lucky if I can retrieve these, which I assumed were lost until now.
