I knew there was an issue, I did the uninstall on my tab at the weekend. Downloaded from Google and works perfectly. Today done my updates but the members app continues to be broken on my s25 ultra.

Ok so I updated the app this morning because I was advised to by the app and now I'm getting server response error - 10?!!! I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling from both Samsung store and Google play, so what do I do now?!

Hi @Metalnige The problem is with the updated 5.3.00.9 version. Previously the older version was available in Google Play store. Seems your options are to wait for it to be sorted, use web version for community or install an apk with older version. However if doing so be sure to use one of the more trustworthy sites and if wary leave alone. Someone found using apkpure sorted it for them.

Didn't know early this morning that both versions were broke before doing updates on s25 😂. Web version will do for now I guess, but I prefer the app.
